The following information is intended to define the general sales conditions established between the Opportunity Shop, based in Aveiro, registered in the name of João Carlos da Silva Tavares with the identification number 209 567 970, called Opportunity Shop, and people making purchases through the website
https://www.opportunityshop.eu designated by User, from the time of ordering at the Opportunity Shop online store to the various services provided by it. These general online sales conditions can be changed without notice, and should therefore be consulted before placing any order.
PRODUCTS – OFFICIAL WARRANTY
The products marketed by the Opportunity Shop are accompanied by the respective Warranty Certificate. If it is not accompanied by the Guarantee Certificate, the original invoice issued to the Customer serves as a guarantee title. Products are delivered in boxes, cases or bags of the respective brand. All products marketed by the Opportunity Shop are in compliance with European legislation. Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) or in the currency of the destination country and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
ONLINE ORDERS
To make purchases through the website www.opportunityshop.eu it is necessary to register as a Customer by filling in the form available online. To place the order the User must add items to the shopping cart, must follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed.
The fulfillment of the order by the User represents full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the general conditions. After placing your order, make sure that you receive a confirmation email from the email box you used to place the order. During the process, you will receive other notifications via email. If the data is not correct, you should immediately request a change, or even, the cancellation of the purchase made. The order itself does not constitute a reservation of the products. Orders go into processing after confirmation of the respective payment made.
DEADLINES
All orders placed at the Opportunity Shop have a maximum payment period of 8 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled. The delivery time of orders depends on the momentary availability of stock and the complexity of orders. Thus, the maximum shipping time is 3 to 5 working days.
DELIVERY
The delivery of orders is made through DHL / GLS or another carrier hired by ARIIX Corporate. Opportunity Shop cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from delays in delivery or the unavailability of the ordered item. Orders are shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation. To follow up an order in progress, the User can send an email to [email protected] or follow the order through the carrier’s website which will be indicated to the User. If you are not available to receive your order, a notice will be left at the delivery address indicating the pick-up point at which the order can be picked up.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order as soon as you finish your order, as they depend on the shipping location.

What are Opportunity Points?
Opportunity Points are points that the customer earns when buying any product at the Opportunity Shop. Each product has been assigned a certain number of points.
What are Opportunity Points for?
The Opportunity Points obtained with each purchase will be accumulated in the customer’s account to be used in future orders, without the need to exchange them in the next purchase.
Are Opportunity Points valid?
Yes, Opportunity Points are valid for 12 months and this period is counted from the date of completion of the order process.
How do I exchange my Opportunity Points?
After placing items in the Shopping Cart and proceeding to the “Check Out” phase, you can choose to discount the purchase price.
What is the advantage of accumulating Opportunity Points?
The customer can choose to accumulate Opportunity Points until he obtains the necessary number of points to place his order.
How can I earn Opportunity Points?
1. For every 10 € of purchases in the Opportunity Shop you get 1 OP (Opportunity Point)
2. For registering as a customer in the Opportunity Shop you get 10 OP
3. Doing a review of the products you purchased at the online store, you receive 2 OPs, a maximum of 5 times a week.
4. For sharing with your friends, through the reference link: Earn 1 OP, a maximum of 5 times a day.
5. You receive 30 OPs for each year of anniversary as a customer.
What is the value of an Opportunity Point?
Each Opportunity Point is worth € 0.10
Where can I find detailed information about my Opportunity Points?
The customer can consult the accumulation history and the use of his Opportunity Points through his account. To do this, just log in with your usual login details, access the personal area and check the history of points in the tab. On this page, the customer can see how many Opportunity Points he has earned with each product and respective quantities ordered and what is the total of Opportunity Points available.
RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
Any order contract carried out on the website https://www.opportunityshop.eu can be freely resolved under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer, by communicating his intention to the email [email protected]. In case of termination, the consumer must keep the goods in order to be able to return them to the Opportunity Shop, in proper conditions of use, within 30 days from the date of receipt.
